I'm Hec Sánchez.

I'm a product engineer and technical leader based in Mexico. I've spent 16 years building software, and I still enjoy taking a problem apart, deciding what matters, and turning it into something people can use.

My work includes customer-facing products, custom business systems, integrations, and engineering leadership. I've contributed to software for organizations including Camino Real, Lala, Cabify, and Freightliner.

What I'm building

I built Zaplink, a product for authentication through WhatsApp. I'm also building technology for Estateflow, focused on real estate sales operations.

Other work includes a custom CRM for The Woods and a HubSpot application for assigning leads using agent schedules.

How I approach the work

I want to understand the business problem before deciding what software to build. Sometimes the useful work is a new application. Sometimes it is connecting existing tools, simplifying a process, or giving a team clearer technical direction.

I work across product decisions, architecture, and implementation. I care about software that people can use, teams can maintain, and businesses can continue to develop.
