Custom software and integrations for agencies.

I help digital, marketing, and product agencies deliver client work that needs experienced engineering. That includes CRM integrations, HubSpot apps, WhatsApp workflows, and custom software.

Bring me in to help define the technical scope, make the architecture decisions, and build the system. You work directly with me from the first conversation through the agreed delivery.

When a client project needs more engineering

Your client needs something beyond the existing tools. The CRM has to exchange data with another system. A campaign depends on a custom workflow. A product needs a feature your current team cannot take on.

I can help you work through the technical questions before you commit to a solution, then take responsibility for the agreed implementation.

What I can help you deliver

CRM and business-system integrations

Connect the systems your clients use to capture leads, manage customers, and run their operations. Define how information moves between them, what happens when something fails, and how the team will maintain the integration.

HubSpot apps and sales workflows

Extend HubSpot with custom applications and integrations. Examples include lead assignment, agent availability, and connections to other sales tools.

WhatsApp workflows

Build WhatsApp into a product or business process, from authentication to customer communication. Choose an approach that fits the use case and the systems already in place.

Custom software and technical delivery

Build client portals, internal applications, and product features. I can also help with technical discovery, architecture reviews, and implementation planning when a project needs clearer direction.

How we start

  1. Understand the client problem

We discuss what the client needs, the systems involved, the deadline, and your team's role. If the brief is still taking shape, we identify the decisions that need to be made first.

  2. Agree the scope

I propose an engagement with clear deliverables, responsibilities, and a way to assess completion. That might be a technical assessment, a scoped implementation, or ongoing support.

  3. Build and hand over

I implement the agreed work, keep you informed of progress and tradeoffs, and document what your team needs to operate or extend it.

Questions agencies ask

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. I can take responsibility for a defined part of the project or work alongside your developers on architecture and implementation. We agree who owns each decision and deliverable at the start.

Will you work directly with our client?

We can agree how I participate before the engagement starts. That may mean working through your team or joining client conversations when technical input is useful.

Do we need an ongoing retainer?

A defined project can start as a scoped engagement. Ongoing support makes sense when there is a continuing need for engineering or technical leadership.

What should we bring to the first call?

A short description of the client problem, the current tools or product, any deadlines, and what you would like me to own. An unfinished brief is fine; we can identify the missing pieces together.

Have a client project in mind?

Tell me what your client needs and where your team could use engineering support. We can use the first call to see whether there is a useful fit.
